Create Your Restaurant

Sign up and get your digital presence live in under 2 minutes.

Go to ordreg.com and click "Get started"
Fill in your restaurant name, a URL slug (e.g. olive-branch), your email, and a password.

Choose your subscription plan
Select Pilot, Growth Annual, or Growth Monthly. You can skip this step and return later — your account is created either way.

You're in
You'll land on your admin dashboard. Your restaurant is live at ordreg.com/admin/your-slug.

Build Your Menu

Add categories, items, photos, prices, and modifier options like size or extras.

Go to Menu in your dashboard
Click the Menu tab. Start by adding a category — e.g. "Starters", "Mains", "Drinks".

Add menu items
For each item enter the name, price, and optionally a photo, dietary tags (Vegan, Gluten Free, etc.), and allergen info.

Add modifiers
Attach modifier groups like "Size" (Small / Medium / Large) or "Extras" (Extra cheese +EGP 10). Each option can have its own price adjustment.

Toggle availability
Sold out on something? Switch it off instantly — it disappears from the customer menu in real time.

Set Up Tables & QR Codes

Generate a unique QR code per table. Print and place them — no hardware needed.

Go to Tables in your dashboard
Click the Tables tab. Add each table with a label — "Table 1", "Window Seat", "Bar 3", whatever fits your layout.

Download each QR code
Each table gets a unique QR code. Click the download icon, print it, and place it on the table (laminate recommended).

Customers scan with any camera
Guests open their phone camera, point at the code, and your full menu loads instantly — no app download, no account required.

Receive & Manage Orders

Orders appear on your dashboard the moment a customer places them — no polling, no delays.

Orders arrive in real time
Your Orders tab shows every incoming order grouped by table. A sound plays when a new order comes in.

Review and confirm
Each order shows the customer name, items ordered, modifiers, and any special notes. Mark as "Confirmed" to acknowledge.

Mark as served
Once the food is delivered, mark the order as "Served". The customer's bill updates automatically.

Close the session
When guests are done, close the table session. All orders and payment are finalized.

Staff Accounts & Waiter Calls

Give your team their own login. They see orders and waiter call requests for their branch.

Add staff from the Staff tab
Enter their name, email, and assign them to a branch. They'll receive a login link or can sign in at ordreg.com/staff/login.

Staff see their queue
The staff dashboard shows pending orders and waiter call requests — filtered to their branch only.

Waiter call button
Customers can tap "Call Waiter" from their phone. The request appears instantly on the staff screen with the table number.

Branding & Settings

Make ordr. look like your restaurant — upload your logo, set your brand color, and choose your currency.

Upload your logo
Go to Settings → upload a PNG or JPG. It appears on your customer menu header.

Set your brand color
Pick a hex color. This becomes the accent color throughout your customer-facing menu — buttons, highlights, and tags.

Light or dark mode
Choose whether your customer menu has a light or dark background to match your restaurant's ambiance.

Timezone & currency
Set your local timezone (e.g. Africa/Cairo) and currency (e.g. EGP). Applies to all prices and timestamps.

Small things that make a big difference.

Laminate your QR codes
Printed QR codes wear out fast. Laminate them or use acrylic stands to make them last.
📸
Add item photos
Menus with photos get significantly more add-ons ordered. Even a simple phone photo works.
⚡
Keep your menu updated
Toggle items off when they're sold out rather than deleting them — they'll come back tomorrow.
👥
Train staff on the dashboard
Spend 5 minutes showing staff how to confirm orders and handle waiter calls before going live.
