Who can access the Pilot plan?
The pilot plan is exclusively available to early bird applicants. If you apply and are accepted, you get 3 months at 1,000 EGP/month before transitioning to a regular plan.
What happens after the 3-month pilot?
After your pilot period ends, you choose between the Monthly plan (3,500 EGP/month) or the Annual plan (2,000 EGP/month, billed as 24,000 EGP/year). Your data and setup carry over seamlessly.
What does "priority" mean for early birds?
Early bird restaurants get priority onboarding — we set up your account personally, help you configure your menu and tables, and are your first point of contact for any support.
What counts as a branch?
Each physical location of your restaurant is a branch. Each branch has its own tables, QR codes, and staff dashboard. The first branch is included in all plans.
Can I cancel during the pilot?
The pilot requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, if you move to Monthly you can cancel anytime. The Annual plan is billed for the full year.
